Lieselotte is the founder and producer of le bon film. With a background in environmental, health and safety management, she brings a unique mix of creativity, strategic insight, and process-driven thinking to every project. Her work ranges from line producing Patsers by Adil & Bilall to producing award-winning shorts like Un Matin and the international co-production Un Ciel Si Bas. A graduate of the National Film & Television School’s Drama Production program, she excels at building strong creative teams and transforming ambitious ideas into well-crafted productions.
producer research & development
With a Master's in Psychology and a postgraduate in TV production, Monica blends analytical insight with creative ambition. Having produced commercials, award-winning music videos and short films, she worked closely with directors from development into post production gaining insight into different storytelling approaches . As producer research & development at le bon film, Monica oversees the development of original films and series with an empathetic lens and social awareness. She also focuses on fostering international partnerships as a lead and minority co-producer.
production coordinator
With a strong foundation in visual storytelling, Liza Vandenbempt joins le bon film as Production Coordinator. She holds a Master’s degree in Photography from LUCA School of Arts in Brussels and combines artistic vision with strong coordination and production skills. She has contributed as production assistant to The Big Fuck-Up (2025), Drift (2025), Plus Forts que le Diable (2025), and Soft Leaves (2025). Her multidisciplinary background brings together creativity and hands-on production experience, making her a versatile presence in the field.
