Un Ciel Si Bas is set in a misty Brussels in the late 1980s, against the backdrop of winter fog, the fall of the Berlin Wall, mysterious UFO sightings, and the pulsating rhythm of the emerging New Beat scene. Victor, Rosie, and Damian, each lost in their own solitude, cross paths in a search for meaning, connection, and an escape from the suffocating spirit of the times. Together, they set out to find Elina, Victor’s summer love, who seems to have vanished. Their encounters, desires, and disillusionments weave an intimate portrait of an era in which everything seems to be shifting.
